At Ateljé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Ateljé tags attached to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
